The 3rd ACR was having a spouse day. It was called Mind, Body, Spirit it was really nice they had great food and few gifts and few guest speakers and prizes. I went didn't know what to expect but, I had a lot of fun. The head hairstylist of John Paul Mitchell was there. It was interesting in hearing his story. I didn't that he was in the NAVY. Hearing his story was very inspiring. He gave out alot of hair products while I was there. So, me and Adam are stocked for a while.

We went on a Marriage Retreat with the army. It was part of Adam's Regiment Group 3rd ACR. It was about a hour and half from we live it is past Austin. The resort was called Lakeway Resort and Spa it was a very nice place 5 star place. They had several pools and spas and by a lake and a waterslide. Our first nite we had seafood and prime rib (but my Grandpa's is better me and Adam agreed on that). They had buffets of food for us and clases we had to go to. We learned alot from them. We liked it alot. We are signed up for the next 3 months. yay!

So, Me and Adam decided to ride down to McDonald's. On the way there my foot started to get warm than usual. When we got to McDonald's I felt a difference in my shoe as soon as I step down from the bike. The exhaust melted the bottom of my shoe. They were my favorite pair. I had them since I was a sophmore in high school. Long time but I took great care of them. So, I had to say good-bye to them :-(
